Honey

Our honey is from bee hives right here at Wuertz Farm. We extract the honey ourselves and have a limited supply.

We are in our 6th year of working with bees and extracting honey and love the whole process! David has been learning from the local experts and has become a walking encyclopedia on the subject. We started with bees in the year 2010.

Our first hive was split off from one of these local experts and we have since added more hives by heading out when called by someone in a panic because a honey bee swarm is in their back yard.

These little bees have been busy pollinating our fruit trees and flowers as well as all the flowering plants and trees within about a 3 mile radius of our farm, and we are thankful to have them here.
